Our long winter nightmare is finally over.
6ABC reports: ” The snow emergency that had been in effect for Philadelphia since Wednesday night will be lifted at 2 p.m. Friday. Mayor Nutter pointed out that this has been the fifth snowiest winter in Philadelphia history, and this storm broke a 130-year-old record for the most six-inch snowstorms for the city.”
