Report: Sandusky Victims to Get $60 Million From Penn State

Philly Business Journal:

Victims of Jerry Sandusky‘s sexual abuse will receive a $60 million settlement from Penn State, according to The Legal Intelligencer. The settlement encompasses most but not all of the victims.

“Negotiations have been proceeding in good faith and I’m optimistic that resolutions of many of the claims can be obtained in near-term future,” lawyerMichael K. Rozen, told The Legal Intelligencer.

This follows news that Matt Sandusky, Jerry’s adopted son, is changing his name—and the names of his children and wife—in the wake of the scandal that sent the elder Sandusky to prison and ended Joe Paterno’s Penn State football career.
