Expect To See More Anti-Chris Christie Ads On Your TV

Politico reports that Chris Christie, despite his big, fat popularity in the state of New Jersey, does face some opposition to his re-election as governor of that state:  A group called One New Jersey is planning a $500,000 ad campaign against the governor, to run on New York and Philadelphia television stations.

The content of the ads hasn’t been available yet, and One New Jersey itself appears to be rather inscrutable as a group, only occasionally updating its website with anti-Christie content. Also, cruelly, the site prominently features a quote from Bruce Springsteen, Christie’s long-unrequited man crush. So you know they’re playing for keeps.
