Rufus Wainwright to Perform Judy Garland’s Carnegie Hall Show in Philly! [UPDATED]

It looks like the gay gods are really happy with us, Philadelphia.

Well it looks like we’re in favor with the gay gods, Philadelphia. Last night on the Philly Post, Victor Fiorillo broke news that Rufus Wainwright will once again recreate Judy Garland’s Carnegie Hall performance —  but this time at the Kimmel Center for 2013’s Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA).

The magical night will happen on Sun., April 21 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets, which will range in price from $20 (special “rush” tickets) to $100, aren’t on sale yet. But you better be checking the PIFA sight like a hawk if you want to snatch a pair. You know they’re gonna go like crazy.

UPDATE: Just got an email blast from the Kimmel. Tickets are on sale now! Click here to get ’em.
