Montco, Chesco Schools Get Money for Public Safety

On Friday–just a timely coincidence–37 Pennsylvania schools received nearly $500,000 in state grants to increase public safety and reduce v. Among the recipients were Abington and Norristown School Districts in Montgomery County, and Coatesville Area School District in Chester County. The grants can be spent on anything from anti-bullying to district-wide safety measures. [Patriot News]
