Paulsboro Residents Still Can’t Return Home After Chemical Spill Say Congressmen

It looks like Paulsboro residents might not be going home just yet thanks to the massive vinyl chloride spill that devastated the town earlier this week. US Representatives Patrick Meehan, Frank LoBiondo and Rob Andrews met in Paulsboro today to update residents on the situation today, saying that they can return home when crews achieve a 24-hour period of clear chemical readings in air and water tests. The exact cause of the train derailement that unleashed toxic chemicals into Paulsboro is currently being investigated by both the Coast Guard and NTSB. [NBC Philly]
