Jon Bon Jovi Was in Philly Hours Before Daughter’s Heroin Overdose

Turns out Jon Bon Jovi was in Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon, just hours before his 19-year-old daughter, Stephanie, was arrested for heroin possession at her college in upstate New York.  Bon Jovi was here for a groundbreaking ceremony for JBJ Soul Homes, a low-income housing project his charity funds in North Philly. Mayor Nutter was on hand for the ceremony. Stephanie was rushed to the hospital at 2 a.m. Wednesday morning after allegedly ODing on heroin.
