Tom Hanks Has a Potty Mouth. The actor was on Good Morning America on Friday morning when he was asked to slip into one of the accents he uses in his new film Cloud Atlas (which is showing in the Philadelphia Film Festival, FYI). Hanks slipped a little too far, though, and dropped an f-bomb on live television. He immediately apologized to viewers. [Gawker]

Academy Plans a Hollywood History Museum. Wax figures and the walls of Planet Hollywoods just aren’t going to cut it anymore, now that the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures has reached its initial goal of $100 million worth of funding for a new film history museum.
