Prosecutors to Seek Death Penalty in Murder of PA Game Warden

It took a jury less than an hour to convict a Pennsylvania deer poachers of the first-degree murder of Pennsylvania Wildlife Conservation Officer David Grove. The man had poached a deer in November 2010. After being pulled over, he told a passenger that he wasn’t going back to prison. Game Warden Grove was killed in the ensuing shootout. Prosecutors say they intend to seek the death penalty. []
