NBC Off the Hook on Vulgar Sunday Night Football Chants

NBC won’t face fines for airing “BULL-SHIT!” chants during Sunday night’s Ravens/Pats game. The NFL’s replacement officials have been highly scrutinized through the first three weeks of the season and Sunday’s Football Night in America contest proved to be the rule, not the exception. When Ravens fans thought that the officials blew a call, they erupted into the vulgar chants that were so loud and prolonged that commentator Al Michaels said it was the “loudest manure chant” he’d ever heard.
