Ilya Bryzgalov Signs Deal to Play in Russia During NHL Lockout
Flyers goalie and resident expert on all things intergalactic, Ilya Bryzgalov, has reportedly inked a deal that will have him minding the net for Russian hockey team CSKA. That team, formerly known as the Red Army Team, was the Russian team that did a tour of the States back in the ’70s and had ran into some, ahem, trouble when they came to Philly to face the Broad Street Bullies.
