VIDEO: Political Ad Features “Jon Runyan” Literally Blocking Old People From Filling Prescriptions

In 2010, former Eagle Jon Runyan was elected to represent New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District in Washington. The Republican was elected over incumbent John Adler, who held the seat for one term. Now, two years later, Adler’s widow Shelley is challenging Runyan in the upcoming November election. On Wednesday, Adler released a TV spot that features faux play-by-play guys breaking down replays of a big guy in a football helmet blocking people from doing things. It’s definitely worth a watch, if only for the, “Rejected!” line straight from that crappy incredible Just for Men Gel commercial with Walt Frazier and Keith Hernandez.
