IMAX Theater to Open on Wilmington Riverfront by November

Penn Ketchum says that his $20 million, 14-auditorium Penn Cinema Imax Theater on the riverfront in Wilmington should be up and running by November. The property that will house the IMAX theater was purchased for $2 million. Riverfront Development Corporation officials think that the project will create 70 full-time construction jobs and attract 700,000 people to the talkies. [Newsworks]
