It’s not even noon yet and two people have already been shot to death in Philly today. The first was an overnight shooting that had a 23-year-old man pronounced dead at 3:35 a.m. at Temple University Hospital. The second victim was a 36-year-old man that was gunned down at 39th and Haverford in an unrelated shooting around 9:30 a.m. [Philly.com]
