Tom Hanks and Rosario Dawson Want You to Save Upper Darby Arts

About a month ago, Philly Post contributor Larry Mendte wrote about the looming budget cuts in the Upper Darby School District.

“Faced with an expected $4 million shortfall next year, the district is planning on draconian cuts. On the chopping block are libraries, art, music and gym classes, and 57 teachers and over a dozen administrative positions.”

Since then, a slew of writers, actors and other Hollywood notables have spoken up (tweeted out?) in support of the campaign to Save Upper Darby Arts.
