Olney Shooting Victim Had Given Police Statement on Recent Murder

Last night 21-year-old Rodney Ramseur and his girlfriend Latia Jones, also 21, were shot multiple times on a porch in the city’s Olney section last night. Now, Ramseur’s family has said that he had recently given police a written statement in connection with another homicide. Police believe he was targeted. [6 ABC]
