Sandusky’s Attorney Files to Have All Charges Dropped

Joe Amendola—the attorney defending Jerry Sandusky on 52 charges related to his alleged sexual abuse of young boys in State College—has filed a motion to have all 52 of those charges dropped. He also filed a request for individual voir dire of each prospective juror. Jury selection is supposed to begin May 14th. [Daily Collegian]
