Woman Drops Webcam Lawsuit Against Lower Merion

Lower Merion may be off the hook in the case of Paige Robbins. The district paid her brother $175,000 to settle a lawsuit in which he alleged that his privacy was invaded when his school-issued laptop took pictures of him in his bedroom. His sister has withdrawn a similar lawsuit against the district after her attorney cited “irreconcilable conflicts” and asked for a dismissal. [Inquirer]
