Occupy Philly Protestors Refuse Plea Deal

This morning, 33 Occupy Philly protesters appeared in court to face charges stemming from their arrest during last week’s raid. Fourteen of the Occupiers accepted a plea deal that includes a small fine and community service, while the other 19 want to have their day in court, currently scheduled for January 10th.
