Philadelphia Housing Authority to Auction 400 Properties
On November 16th the Philadelphia Housing Authority will put 400 properties to auction. Most of the properties are in North Philly or the surrounding neighborhoods and are being auctioned because the PHA doesn’t have a use for them—which shouldn’t be surprising considering the PHA holds the deeds of 3,300 properties city-wide.
