Jimmy Rollins Wants You to Get Louder
J-Roll calls out Philly fans for late-inning silence
Last night, the Phillies lost the second game of the NLDS to the St. Louis Cardinals. They did so after hopping out to a 4-0 lead. They did so while being retired in order in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth innings. They did so at midnight on a rainy Sunday just a few hours after the Birds capsized in their third loss of the season. They did so right before Jimmy Rollins said the record-setting crowd wasn’t loud enough. [Crossing Broad]
