Hobby Outside of Work: Gardening.

Most Recognizable Feature: “A keen fashion sense. Someone recently told me that I’m one of the only bartenders who dress up anymore.”
Favorite Part of the Job: “My customers. They’re like family.”
Most Memorable Experience Behind the Bar: “The day Knock caught on fire. It was the day before Thanksgiving. I finished my shift and then worked with everyone to get the kitchen back together so we could serve dinner the next day.”
Hobbies Outside of Work: “The beach, going to movies, and having a cocktail with friends.”

Shift: Sunday to Thursday 4 to 9 p.m.
Specialty Cocktail: Sex With an Alligator—Midori and pineapple juice with Chambord on the bottom and Jäger floating on top.
Most Recognizable Feature: “That would have to be my outgoing personality.”
Favorite Part of the Job: “The people I meet every day. We get some interesting characters in here.”
Most Memorable Experience Behind the Bar: “My first time behind the bar, all thanks to Danny.”
Hobbies Outside of Work: “Playing my drums and riding my bike.”
