Seeing our 'hood through the eyes of the Philadelphia Gay Tourism Caucus
The whole city may be getting friendlier when it comes to welcoming LGBT folks to Philly, but the Gayborhood is still where most visitors and locals like to congregate, says Tami Sortman, gay sensitivity co-chair of the Philadelphia Gay Tourism Caucus (PGTC). She and Carlos Estela, the group’s president, recently talked to the Inquirer about the PGTC’s role in shaping the way LGBT travelers explore the city.
