PA Hate Crime Laws Don’t Protect Gays
Alexander Kacala shared his story about being beaten because he was gay in Rittenhouse Square with G Philly last month. Today, NBC 10 reported about Kacala, asking why Pennsylvania state laws no longer include gays in hate crime legislation. You may be surprised to hear why.
