Spring’s feminine frills get winterized on this season’s prettiest outerwear
Around this time last year, one little adornment in particular started creeping up on nearly everything for women’s spring fashion: tops, dresses, shoes, bags — you name it, there was a ruffle on it. They were pretty and feminine and fun, and added a little extra something to an ensemble.
