AC Now: Getaways: For the Girls

“Because girls don’t just wanna have any ol’ kind of fun” — Jessica Blatt

Where to stay: Four BFFs can comfortably sleep, gossip, and get all dolled up inside one of Borgata’s sleek suites (starting at $289). Psst: There’s room for a fifth on the couch.

Where to eat: Request a booth near the back of Wolfgang Puck American Grille (perfect for people-watching), and dig into appies like California-fresh roasted beet and goat cheese Napoleon, and Gulf shrimp and sweet corn risotto.

Where to booze/sip/drink: Bypass the ridiculous line at Mur.mur by reserving a table (with bottle service) in advance from $310; or play it cool at the bar at Bobby Flay Steak  — it’s teeming with flirtatious singles.

Where to play: Sign up for a poker lesson with in-house gaming guru Joe Garber; for $60 per person (for a group of 10), he’ll put you at ease among Borgata’s sea of card sharks, and regale you with prime-time-worthy tales from his years in the biz.

Where to relax: It’s worth leaving the Borgata bubble for a quick taxi ride over to the newborn Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa at Harrah’s. Get there early to unwind by the soothing full-wall fountain, and ask for a bracelet for access to Harrah’s Vegas-like indoor pool area.

P.S.: We’d never miss a chance to splurge at The Pier Shops at Caesars and we’d never miss a chance to save at The Walk.
