Known for his curly hair, honeyed voice and nostalgic lyrics, Art Garfunkel is kicking off his U.S. tour right here in Philly with a musical repertoire of cover songs straight off his new album, Some Enchanted Evening. The oldies-turned-newbies include “It Could Happen to You,” “Someone to Watch Over Me” and “Let's Fall in Love.” If the thought of Garfunkel covering other artists’ hits doesn't sway you, he still, reportedly, dips into his portfolio from his days alongside Paul Simon. So maybe, my old friend, you'll get a little “Mrs. Robinson” and “Sounds of Silence,” too.
