Lindsay Fiegleman, founder of Fishtown accessories brand Sticks + Stones, began to notice something about the men of Philly: More and more were paying attention to their look. So she started designing business-professional-meets-street-style gear for them, like this sleek and functional Ray backpack, crafted from Japanese black denim and trimmed in leather. “I always seem to attract men with baggage,” Fiegleman jokes. “Now I can tell them where to put it.”

Protected tech
There’s a built-in 15-inch laptop case that’s padded with memory foam, plus wide, adjustable straps to help distribute the weight.

Utility matters

Repel the elements
The raw-denim exterior is coated with a water-repellant sealant, so you don’t have to fret about snow and rain.
