Our team starts with a discovery call to see if we are a good fit. Once established, we follow with an in-person meeting to discuss the client’s style, vision, and budget as we tour the existing space and begin building our relationship. We create a tailored design plan with alternative selections and focus on client collaboration, resulting in a finished space that is both beautiful, workable, and reflective of our clients’ needs and aesthetics.
Growing up Henrietta was surrounded by people with impeccable design aesthetic, and it rubbed off on her. She realized early in her career how much a well-designed space improves people’s lives. As her passion grew, she has found likeminded, exceptional designers who share in her vision and make up the incredible Henrietta Heisler Interiors Inc. team.
1. Henrietta created our dream penthouse, and we cannot be more thrilled with every detail. She and her team have an eye for style and have created beautiful spaces in every room of our home. Her team is warm, available, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and provides you the confidence to make decisions. She is a constant resource and helps you design a home that is about your personal style and preferences. She is and will continue to be our go-to person for all things interior design.
2. Henrietta and her team worked with our architect and general contractor to design and implement the optimal functional use of our learning, therapeutic, and administrative spaces. They also ensured the aesthetics were colorful and innovative to create an environment that was personally inviting, intellectually stimulating, fun and colorful. They provided a professional and personalized approach to our project and worked very closely with us each step of the way. We are very pleased with the results – a space that fosters creativity and productivity for staff, provides an academic and therapeutic environment where clients can learn and heal, and promotes a sense of purpose and meaning for our partners, stakeholders, and donors.
3. My husband and I stumbled on Henrietta’s studio and retail gallery by chance one beautiful Fall Day in 2015. We had only just moved to Lancaster from a small apartment in Brooklyn, NY and we were absolutely overwhelmed and starting from scratch with only notions and broad ideas in mind. After a short, informative discovery meeting, we decided to hire Henrietta for the front three formal rooms of our new home. From day one, Henrietta was amazing! She and her team worked patiently and diligently and by the third iteration, we had a fantastic foundational design that was beyond our wildest imagination! From there, we fine-tuned furniture and fabrics and lighting and wall colors and built-ins and so many other details; we looked forward to every meeting! The result was worlds better than anything we could have done on our own, and the process, while more work that one might imagine, was fun and incredibly satisfying. Our deadline was hard and tight – yet everything was orchestrated perfectly. Each time we hit a snag or threw them a curve, they were right there with options and ideas to keep us on track. Their attention to detail and personal service is exemplary. Every contractor was of the highest caliber, every staff person professional and talented – we just cannot say enough. We always felt as though our project was the most important in their queue. We will be using Henrietta’s services for the remainder of our home, and we highly recommend her and her team.
