LGBTQ Event of the Week: Commonspace Live’s “Looking Class”

Plus other awesome events worthy of your attendance.

Looking Class is Saturday, April 7th at WHYY.

This week’s LGBTQ event of the week is Commonspace Live’s “Looking Class”. Commonspace podcast director Gabriela Sanchez wants you to “step into our looking class” as she curates “a powerfully moving evening of stories surrounding class in America that may reflect – or shatter – your views on class.” Sponsored by WHYY and First Person Arts, the live storytelling event features narratives from intersectional community influencers such as Christian Lovehall, Erlina Ortiz, Karen Smith, Nicholas Kupsey and Nikki López. The event kicks off on Saturday, April 7th, at 7 p.m. at WHYY, 150 N 6th Street. TICKETS
