(They might work in the bedroom, too.)

The cold is on its way out, and soon enough you’ll be flailing around our fair city, smiling in your sunglasses and maybe even checking out some hot tail to help you get out of that crap mood you’ve been in all winter.

Well, since we all need a soundtrack for life, I am back with music that’s going to be hitting my dancefloors. I like to see people fall in love while I spin. But more often than not, I see them falling in lust (3 am and a bunch of drinks tends to do that to people).

Here’s a list of tunes to help you fall in love—or lust—this spring. Check it out in the videos below, and follow it on Spotify so you can blast it in your earbuds. (Just watch out for random woodies.) Find that here.

Fall in love with this ethereal anthem that is destined for hugeness. I’ve never heard of this producer, but I know Kerli is a club songstress with a growing catalogue. Good music!

Nashville electro-indie duo Cherub are positioned to take over dance music. This one is sublime music for the spring lovers.

One day, I sat and listened to just about every song by Australian dance pop group Rüfüs Du Sol. I fell in love with every track. Seriously. More happy music for lovers.

This British girl has a sharp tongue and some serious wit. No nonsense music (“fuck your no strings / kinda hope I have twins” ) for your springtime crazy post-sex confusion. Happens to all of us.

Music for your dark, mysterious nights out at the club when only a stranger will do—but is also preferred.

Shiny happy music from one of my favorite bands ever. Seriously, get to know The Knocks. Music for romping around in meadows (or Rittenhouse Park).

Slow-burning, passionate music for the wild one in you. Bring it out this spring!

More from The Knocks on the remix this time. Amazing club music for those happy days or nights.

This one is sex-crazed. Supreme pop music from Tove Lo, who told you all about her “Habits” before. Add sex to that list.

Yes, it is totally cliché to add this song just because Nick Jonas is ridiculously hot. But the song’s actually pretty dope. Loop it this spring!

You can hear Carl Michaels play his lusty beats at Voyeur Nightclub and Paradise Asbury Park. For more info, click here.
