Prime Rowan – Pub & Kitchen team is bringing burgers and fries to the campus of Rowan University.

Hop Sing Laundromat – The elusive Hop Sing Laundromat will have to be seen to be believed. And even then we’re not so sure.
La Porta – Peter McAndrews is expanding his empire to the suburbs with a pizzeria in Media.
Landmark Americana Main Line – Paddock at Devon becomes another Landmark Americana.
Lil’ Pop Shop – An artisan popsicle shop comes to West Philly.
Max & David’s Food Truck – Max and Davids is bringing a kosher food truck to Center City and private events.
Max’s Brew Bar – Tony Rim of Raw and the team behind Red Zone are talking about a beer bar at the Piazza.
Milk & Honey Cafe – An offshoot of the Milk & Honey Market in West Philly at Sister Cities Park.

Something Sushi – Sign says a Japanese restaurant is coming to former Robins Books on Chestnut.
Sotto Ristorante Italiano – Luigi Basile who also owns Radicchio opens on a hard to find stretch of 24th Street.
Taqueria del Sol – Mexican-Southwestern chain from Georgia moves to three locales in Philly.
Tavro 13 – Terence Feury leaves Fork to become chef-owner of this Swedesboro restaurant.
Tietra – Victor Fellus (Mix and Pub & Grub) specializes in restaurants at the base of condominiums. Next up is Titra in the Aria condo.
Ultimo Coffee – Graduate Hospital – The second Ultimo Coffee is in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood. No beer here though.

Bainbridge Street Barrel House – The mysterious food and beer project taking over the old Norge appliance showroom.
Bottle Bar East – Fishtown gets a bottle shop and bar on Frankford Avenue.
Cavanaugh’s Headhouse Square – The Dark Horse is now Cav’s Headhouse. Yes, there are still European sports on the TVs.
Chick-a-lic – An interesting chicken concept from the team behind Spice 28.
Citron and Rose – A glatt kosher European-Jewish restaurant and catering company by Chef Michael Solomonov.
Del Rossi’s Cheesesteak Co. – A new cheesesteak spot for Northern Liberties.
District 611 – nouveau American/brick-oven pizza
Eatalia – Former Trattoria del Ghiottone and Il Cantuccio manager opens his own place in Fishtown.
Emmanuelle – A French themed cocktail lounge for Northern Liberties.
Rhino Bar – Mike Stollenwerk replaces fish with Rhino Bar.
Wursthaus Schmitz – Brauhaus Schmitz team is opening a stand in the Reading Terminal Market.

December, 2012

Fratelli‘s Italian Bistro – The Italian Bistro returns to Broad Street. This time it is a bit more upscale.
Liquid Room – Beers and Mediterranean food in Kensington.
Pollyodd – Limoncello distributor opens on East Passyunk.
Ralic’s on South – David Ralic is opening a seafood concept on South Street.
Saigon Cuisine – Vietnamese replaces Nan in West Philadelphia.
