Green Eggs Cafe Is Expanding to Brewerytown and Rittenhouse

The long-running brunch favorite will also launch its first-ever catering program.

Local brunch chain Green Eggs Cafe is growing again, with a location in Brewerytown opening at 2800 West Girard Avenue later this month.

The space, a 2,200 square-foot former grocery store, will seat 65 inside, with a long stretch of sidewalk seating for 40 extending south along 28th Street. The owners are planning to open the doors on Monday, April 29th, with a grand opening party planned for the first weekend in May.

Hours at Green Eggs Cafe’s Brewerytown location will be 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., seven days a week. Check out the menu here.

The local chain is still working on an outpost at 31 South 18th Street in Rittenhouse. It’ll debut soon, but no date’s been set yet. The company will also launch its first-ever catering program this summer starting sometime in late May or early June.
