Two Philly Chefs to Compete on Top Chef Season 16
Repping Philly in Kentucky: chefs Natalie Maronski and Eddie Konrad.

Laurel’s chef de cuisine Eddie Konrad and industry vet Natalie Maronski will be competing on the Bravo network’s next season of Top Chef in Kentucky.
Philly has pumped out a few Top Chef winners over the years, Kevin Sbraga being our first in 2010, and then Nick Elmi in 2014. Of course, immediately after his win, Elmi opened his tiny East Passyunk boîte, Laurel, where Konrad’s been stationed the last four years.
As for Maronski, she was a Garces vet — most notably the opening chef at Volvér. She went on to open Lou Bird’s in Rittenhouse.
