Tipsy Bistro, a sports bar and restaurant from former Fond GM and partner Tory Keomanivong and Anh Vongbandith, chef-owner at Das Good Inc., is now open in the Left Bank space at 3131 Walnut Street formerly occupied by The Fat Ham.

The menu is elevated American classics, bar food, and brunch fare, with a few unique inclusions like a lemongrass-marinated grilled pork sandwich, roast duck confit poutine, and a fantastic shrimp BLT with avocado and chili-cilantro aioli on brioche. The bar will serve craft beer, cocktails, and wines on draft or by the bottle.

Tipsy Bistro will be open for lunch, brunch, dinner, and late night. Hours are between 11 a.m. and 1 a.m. seven days a week, with brunch served between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and happy hour every day between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
