Rooster Soup Co. and Abe Fisher Team Up for a Big Bagel Brunch
They're serving Bart's Bagels, smoked fish, bottomless mimosas, and more to benefit Broad Street Ministry on January 1st.
On January 1st from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., Rooster Soup will be serving a selection of Abe Fisher’s smoked fish and spreads, plus pastries and dishes like sweet noodle kugel and cucumber salad. The roving baker behind Bart’s Bagels will provide the bagels, which will be made in the wee hours of the new year in the bread oven at Zahav after their New Year’s Eve dinner service.
The brunch also includes bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys, thanks to the folks at San Pellegrino, who donate their sparkling beverages to the philanthropic restaurant, and Tito’s Vodka, who will donate an additional $2 to the radical hospitality efforts at Broad Street Ministry for every Bloody ordered.
Tickets being sold in sets of two, four, five, six, or eight at $70 for each pair; there are also seats at the bar in sets of 2 for the same price. Your ticket covers tax and gratuity; bottomless beverages are available for an additional $15 per person. Check out the full menu below, and get your tickets here.
