Jet Wine Bar marks seven years in business this year. And from Friday, November 10th through Thursday, November 16th, they’re celebrating by popping special bottles born in 2010, the same year Jet opened.

They’re pouring varieties from riesling to rioja, with selections like Vino Budimir Margus Margi from Serbia, Spanish Tempranillo Vino Eguia Reserva, and Montepulciano Valle Reale from Italy.

For the wine-averse, they also have time travel-themed featured cocktails with cheeky names like The Flux Capacitor (that’s vodka, lime, crème de violette, and mint) and food specials during the anniversary week, too. And Jet will be showing movies and TV shows with a time travel theme: think Back to the Future, Quantum Leap, Doctor Who, and Twilight Zone.

They’ll also get you ready for the upcoming holiday: Jet owner and wine archaeologist (really) Jill Weber is holding a special tasting to help you match great wines with your Thanksgiving meal.

On Tuesday, November 14th, she’ll host Wine Tasting for Thanksgiving: Return to the Roost, a tasting session featuring wines that pair perfectly with traditional Thanksgiving food or modern Turkey Day fare. There will also be a limited number of bottles of the featured wines available for purchase.

Check out the full list of wines and get your tickets ($35 each) to the Thanksgiving tasting on November 14th here.
