Vedge Celebrates Five Years with Anniversary Tasting Menu

Rich Landau’s lauded vegan restaurant, Vedge[1] has turned five years old and is celebrating with a special tasting menu. Available now through mid-December, the five-course dinner is $55 per person and offered on weekdays. Among the highlights, Landau’s bewilderingly good take on ramen and a maitake mushroom “shepherds pie.”

pickles, smokes, roasts, marinades, ferments, breads, condiments

Radish Ramen
daikon noodles, shishito, sea beans, shiitake dashi, burnt nori

Melted Brassicas
black pepper fregola, calabrian chile, autumn peppers

Maitake Mushroom
“shepherds pie”, roots, mustard, leeks, black lager

Caramel Apple Cheesecake
candied peanut-pretzel crunch, pomegranate ice cream
