Di Bruno’s Fall Cheese Crawl Is Next Weekend

Cheese is a staple at any celebratory event–especially if cheese is what you're celebrating.

On Saturday, October 15th from 12:30 to 6pm, Di Bruno Bros will host its third annual Fall Cheese Crawl–a walking tour of both beer and cheese shops.

There will be many cheeses to sample as you make your way from shop to shop, and the whole thing ends at the Italian Market with an outdoor street festival featuring drinks, more cheese, street food and some classic Di Bruno’s dishes. There will also be Philadelphia Trivia hosted by Irene Levy Baker and magic tricks by Justin Relkin, but the real entertainment consists of two renowned cheese sculptors (yes, there is such a thing) carving from 40lbs wheels of cheese. We feel that the cheese is already art, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want to observe people who’ve made careers of sculpting it.

Where: Choose one of four starting Di Bruno’s locations: the Ardmore Farmers Market (120 Coulter Avenue), Comcast Center (1701 JFK Boulevard), the Franklin store (834 Chestnut Street) or Rittenhouse (1730 Chestnut Street)

When: Saturday October 15th, 12:30–6pm

Price: $20 and you can get your tickets here
