For one night only, Abe Fisher executive chef Yehuda Sichel will collaborate with Manhattan’s Deuki Hong for a short rib feast.

Hong and writer Matt Rodbard are releasing a cookbook: Koreatown: A Cookbook. Hong is the chef at the hit Korean barbecue restaurant Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong in Manhattan’s Koreatown. Rodbard is familiar with Sichel and Abe Fisher after calling the restaurant’s Montreal-style short ribs “smoked meat nirvana” for Food Republic

On Tuesday, March 1st, the two chefs will come together on a four-course short rib focused dinner. Tickets to the dinner are $150 per could and include one cookbook. There will be two seatings, one at 5:30 pm and a second at 8:30 pm.
