Philadelphia Bacon & Beer Fest Tickets Are on Sale Today

The Philadelphia Bacon and Beer Festival is back for a third year as a fundraiser for Manna. More than 25 restaurants will offer bacon dishes made with 1732 Meats oft-praised bacon. Wash down that bacon with beer samples from dozens of craft breweries.

The event takes place on Saturday, November 14th from 2:30 to 5 p.m. at the 23rd Street Armory. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14, and will sell out quickly. General admission tickets cost $46.50 per person and include unlimited bacon and beer samples during the two-and-a-half hour event.

A VIP option offers the chance to skip the line to get, a swag bag with a Bacon and Beer t-shirt, a take-home pack of 1732 Meats bacon, and other goodies. Seems kind of like a no-brainer.

Last year more than 800 people showed up and raised close to $12,000 for Manna.

The management of the Philadelphia Bacon and Beer Festival would like to point out that they are not associated with several similar events that have popped up but weren’t managed as well as they could have been.
