More Details on Fishtown’s Andy’s Chicken
Andy Choi is the owner of the forthcoming Andy’s Chicken at Memphis and Norris Streets in Fishtown. Choi says he’s about two weeks out from opening and has some other details to share.
Andy’s Chicken will be serving Korean fried chicken with at least six special sauces:
- Sweet Chili
- Honey Garlic
- Golden Soy
- Cajun
- Hot and Spicy
- Sweet BBQ
Also look for Korean-style beef and pork barbecue dishes on the menu.
