Bardot Offering New Monday Night Chef Tastings
Bardot is now offering a Monday night four-course chef tasting menu. Chef Rhett Vellner’s menu is $45 per person and will change every week. The menu will featureseasonal inspirations and a twist on favorites from the regular offerings.
Vellner says, “I look forward to experimenting with new flavors and ingredients, as well as bringing modern updates to classic French dishes.”
Tonight’s Bardot Tasting Menu, 1/19:
Baby Kale Salad (Farro, Salsify, Roasted Baby Carrots, Green Goddess).
Scallop Triangoli (Housemade Bacon, Romesco, Pea Tenorils).
Grilled Hangar Steak (Sweet Potatoes, Cipollini, Onion Jam, Brussels Sprouts).
Cherry Milkshake (Chocolate Brownie, Chantilly Cream).
The Northern Liberties restaurant is opened daily for dinner from 4:30 pm until 1 am.
