Philly Cooks Tasting Tours Are on Sale Now


The first three Philly Cooks Tasting Tours are on sale now. We’re offering three different neighborhood tours on Monday, February 17th. South Philadelphia, Broad Street and Fishtown tours are all on sale now. Tickets to these events are very limited and sure to sell out fast.

South Philly Tour – SOLD OUT

Laurel: Demo and crudos from chef Nicolas Elmi. The restaurant opening just for us – usually closed on Mondays.

Will BYOB: Modern cooking technique demonstration with Chris Kearse. See how Duck l’orange is reinvented with modern techniques. Again, the restaurant is opening just for us.

Le Virtu: Chef Joe Cicala will demonstrate how he makes the maccheroni, his delicious single strand of pasta.

Broad Street Tour – SOLD OUT

Vedge: Chef Rich Landau will talk about all the crazy techniques he applies to veggies to make his vegetable “charcuterie”.

Lolita: Be the first ones inside the not-yet-finished rehabbed Lolita restaurant with chef Marcie Turney. Get a tour of the refurbished restaurant, sample the new food and drink menu (Yes, Lolita now has a liquor license).

Sbraga: Kevin Sbraga will serve a variety of Sbraga’s most popular menu items, plus a dessert and drink demo. Hang with the Top Chef himself.

Fishtown Tour

Pizza Brain: Start at Pizza Brain, get a tour of the museum and take a pizza making class with owner Brian Dwyer. Hop on a bus to head to the next stop.

Fette Sau: Get a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen. Witness Fette’s massive smokers and see a demo on making the perfect barbecue rubs. Then, get a lesson on whiskey, and whiskey flight to match.

Barcade: Craft beer and food pairing lesson, plus a roll of quarters to play the games. Bus will take anyone who wants back to Pizza Brain to pick up their car.
