Flying Fish Releases Exit 1 Oyster Stout

Flying Fish Brewing Company is getting comfortable in its new Somerdale, New Jersey brewery. And with that comfort and expanded capacity, they’re bringing back some old favorites as seasonal releases.

Exit 1 Bayshore Oyster Stout is rolling out today as a late winter seasonal. The export style stout will be available as 12-ounce bottles, sixtels and half-kegs.

Can’t wait for your favorite bar or bottle shop to get the beer. Head to the Flying Fish Tasting Room this evening where they will be have the beer on draft. There will also be a special version of the beer that has been infused with cocoa available on the bar.

More on Exit 1 Bayshore Oyster Stout:

Introducing our new late winter seasonal: Exit 1, an export style stout brewed with oysters.
The creamy flavor of English chocolate and roasted malts harmonizes with minerals from Delaware Bay Point oysters added to the brew kettle (and then gobbled up by the brewers 15 minutes later). Irish ale yeast adds a bit of fruitiness and a dry crispness. This rich stout is perfect for cool weather–and especially delicious when paired with a few Jersey oysters on the half shell.
