The cheese counter at the new Di Bruno Bros.

Di Bruno Bros. location at the base of the Franklin at 9th and Chestnut opens today at 9 a.m. The latest location of Di Bruno Bros. will have limited hours through the weekend, closing at 3 p.m. each day.

The grand opening is set for Monday and there are lots of events planned including a risotto in a parmesan wheel that is flambeed.

In its opening weeks, Di Bruno Bros. will invite producers of many of the artisanal items they carry to put on demonstrations and samplings. Look for an exact schedule to be announced during the opening days.
