Avenue Delicatessen Debuts Fall Menu


The Avenue Delicatessen in Lansdowne has expanded its hours. The Jewish/Italian deli amalgamation i now open till 9 p.m. So plenty of time to grab a bottle of wine and check out the BYOB. The team is also debuting a fall menu with items like:

  • Peasant Soup (creamy potato, leeks, carrot, and spinach soup)
  • Apple Maple Cinnamon Pancakes topped with pecans or bacon, or both
  • Pop-Pop Pulled Pork: braised pork shoulder with caramelized fennel and provolone

Also, on Tuesday, November 5th, chef Laura Frangiosa will be preparing a special Thanksgivukkah” feast to celebrate the once in 70,000 year occurrence of Hannukah and Thanksgiving overlapping.
