Seafood Boil Comes to Morgan’s Pier This Thursday


 

Morgan’s Pier and chef George Sabatino are presenting a taste of New England this Thursday with an old-fashioned seafood boil. The $35 prix fixe menu features a ton of seafood and sides served family style. Among the highlights are boiled blue crabs with Yards Pale Ale and charred sweet corn with lobster butter and spiced lime.

Baked oysters casino w/ bacon fat breadcrumbs + marrow
Boiled blue crabs w/ Yard’s Pale Ale + drawn butter
Seafood sausage w/ martin’s potato roll + old bay aioli
Shrimp remoulade w/ bibb lettuce cups + celery
Red bliss potato salad w/ radicchio + sprouted mustard seeds
Fried clam strips w/ goldfish crackers + smoked cocktail sauce
Charred sweet corn w/ lobster butter + spiced lime

The seafood boil is set for Thursday, August 22nd from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations are required.
