Dandelion’s Robert Aikens Is Heading to New York

In a reversal from what has certainly been a trend, Robert Aikens is heading from Philadelphia to New York. The head man at the Dandelion since it opened in December of 2010 is leaving Philadelphia for The Peacock at Williams, a boutique hotel coming to the Murray Hill section of Manhattan.

Starr tells Michael Klein that Aikens will be succeeded by Aikens’ right hand man, Joe Monnich.
