Early Summer Menu at Will BYOB



One of my fondest memories of growing up in South Jersey was the first Summer chomp into sweet, sweet Jersey corn. And in Jersey, we peak at corn.

Chris Kearse has quite a knack for evoking serious nostalgia during a meal. When I went this past winter, familiar flavors brought me back to memorialized times, and I think there’s really something to be said about that.  Will BYOB has a new Early Summer menu, and they have a New Jersey corn veloute with chilled lobster, so you can imagine my excitement.
